Each day we plan the days that follow so that you feel welcome and enjoy your stay here as much as possible, and are happy to return for the unique experience and atmosphere.
At the same time, we know that much of the overall impression and experience is created by taste. And it is on the food and the circumstances associated with it, namely not only to eat, but to enjoy even the most subtle notes of taste and aroma, that we focus.
Our chefs Luboš Hindy, Monika Šmídová, will try to bring you the best of Czech and world gastronomy, all under the guidance of our director and chef Jakub Šmída. Their forte is the preparation of freshwater and sea fish. Selected beef, which comes mainly from France and Spain.
All meals will be prepared by a team of professional helpers and served by carefully trained staff.
In the restaurant you can also meet our hotel piano master Zoltán Voros, who is there for you from Wednesday to Saturday.
Our restaurant is open from Sunday to Thursday from 12 to 10 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 to midnight. Come and enjoy the atmosphere of our restaurant accompanied by great food and live music.
